Executive Leadership Team

Kevin Brown – CEO / Founder Former pro athlete and elite strategist. Kevin drives the company’s vision, partnerships, and execution. He brings discipline, foresight, and leadership to every move RTI makes.

Allison Brown – VP, Creative Direction Leads all branding and storytelling. Ensures RTI’s platforms are not only powerful — but visually stunning, consistent, and user-aligned.

Jaden Ingle – Chief AI Officer (CAIO)Architect of SEM and Ronin Playbook. Jaden leads AI design and integration with several pending patents. His systems bring life to RTI’s smart tools.

Reece Ransby– Chief Technology Officer (CTO)Battery systems and simulation lead. Oversees energy product R&D and collaborates closely with Sandia Labs, UNM, and MATLAB for advanced modeling.

Josh Brown– VP of Energy Systems HVAC expert and field systems lead. Josh ensures RTI’s energy products are built for real-world conditions and deploy smoothly at any scale.

Taku Murakami – Director, Global Affairs Manages overseas strategy, especially across Asia-Pacific. Fluent in Japanese, Thai, and Korean. Key to RTI’s global reach and cross-border partnerships.

Michael Smith-Grant – Social Media & Influence Strategist150k+ subscriber reach and strong brand power in Asia. Builds RTI’s public voice and amplifies partnerships across platforms.

Damon Beacham– Director of Analytics Tracks product performance, user behavior, and internal optimization. Turns RTI data into actionable insights.

Kevin Bowens – R&D Specialist Tech scout and early-stage IP support. Keeps RTI ahead of the curve by researching and prototyping what’s next.

Justin Hang– Lead Programmer-Back-end and full-stack specialist. Though currently on pause, his presence supports RTI’s future scaling and system design credibility.
